Terms of Sale:

All items are sold:

1.  As  is, where is with no warranty either express or implied

2. We assume no liability for the possible chemical contamination within these items

3. Software licenses required are responsibility of buyer

4. Information offered herein on items sold is on a best effort basis by us but buyer has responsibility to confirm any specifications and/or actual condition of such items.

5. Buyer and seller hereby agree that Eastern Technology has no liability, either express or implied, for buyer's loss of service, loss of revenue and any possible injury to persons or plant as a result of buying such items thru Eastern Technology.

6. All information regarding the details , including prices and terms of sale, between buyer and seller shall remain confidential and not revealed to any third party, unless required by local or national laws. 

7. No third party shall be referred to for items offered to buyer by Eastern Technology unless agreed to previously; if buyer does such a referral, buyer will be responsible for payment of a fee of 10% to Eastern Technology Associates immediately upon third party purchase

8. Buyer will be responsible for crating, rigging, shipping, insurance and taxes (if any) despite any other possible  agreement

9. Costs to travel to inspect and see items for sale herein shall be sole responsibility of buyer.

10. Any changes to these terms must be agreed to in writing by an officer of Eastern Technology  Associates; no oral changes are recognized nor accepted.

11.  All items are offered on a first come basis, with no guarantee of availability  unless deposit is received or payment in full.
